Job Role

We are looking for a Commercial Property Consultant who can understand client requirements and help them find suitable commercial properties. The role involves coordinating with clients and the internal team, arranging site visits, following up on enquiries, and working towards successfully closing property deals.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, including budget, location, property size, and business needs.
- Identify suitable commercial properties available in the company database.
- Coordinate with the internal team to match available properties with client requirements.
- Share relevant property details with clients and explain the available options.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits with interested clients.
- Work closely with clients, property owners, brands, and business representatives throughout the process.
- Follow up with clients, understand their feedback, and suggest suitable alternatives when required.
- Assist clients during property discussions and negotiations.




- Maintain regular communication and update client follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams to move deals forward and complete the closure process.
- Build strong relationships with clients and property owners for future business opportunities.
- Work towards individual sales and leasing targets and ensure successful property closures.

Eligibility and Requirements

- Any degree is acceptable.
- 1–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, property consulting, sales, or business development.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable commercial properties.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for property visits and client meetings.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence required.
- A proactive approach and willingness to work towards sales targets.

Salary and Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and interview performance.
