- Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt attention.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate technicians.
- Supervise daily workshop activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure job cards are opened correctly with complete customer complaints and service requirements.
- Monitor job allocation, repair progress, pending jobs, and vehicle delivery timelines.
- Ensure all customer-approved work is completed as per the job card.
- Verify that no additional work is performed without proper customer approval.
- Guide technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Ensure technicians follow Royal Enfield service procedures and technical standards.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
