Hiring: Field Sales Executive – Bangalore
Experience: 1–2 years in field sales
Qualification: Minimum Graduate

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, customer relationship management, and market development, preferably in the sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, building materials, or tiles industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular market visits across Bangalore.
- Promote company products and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with customers and generate new sales leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Minimum graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant field sales experience.
- Experience in sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, building materials, or tiles is preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
- Hindi is mandatory; English and Kannada are required.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Bangalore.
