About The Role:

We are looking for a smart, proactive and quick-learning Project Coordinator Intern to support our day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.

You will work closely with different team and ensure smooth business functioning.

Training and guidance will be provided. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, and follows through on tasks without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with different teams to understand their requirements and ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Manage access to business tools, software, and online accounts as required.
- Coordinate the setup, purchase, and renewal of software subscriptions,



subject to approval.
- Troubleshoot issues related to websites, COD forms, integrations, and other business tools by coordinating with the relevant support teams.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers through calls, emails, and follow-ups to resolve issues.
- Maintain records of tasks, purchases, access requests, and ongoing issues.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
