The Role
We’re seeking a motivated and basic-oriented Junior Designer / Draftsman to support the preparation and revision of engineering drawings for construction and retrofit projects in the maritime and offshore sectors. This role involves developing 2D and 3D drawings based on design inputs, specifications, and client requirements under the guidance of senior engineers and naval architects. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of drafting standards and an eye for precision in technical documentation.

- Prepare and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Assist senior designers in design development and drafting tasks
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project requirements
- Maintain proper documentation of all drawings and revisions
- Coordinate with team members and other departments as required
What You’ll Need
Education:
- ITI / Diploma/BE -Mechnical Engg
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in a design office within the shipbuilding, offshore, or oil & gas industry
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Mandatory structural knowledge requirement
- Basic understanding of design and drafting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings
- Ability to work under guidance and follow project specification
