Chappan Bhog is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Wholesale Market Sales Executive to manage and expand its sales operations in Pune. The ideal candidate must have prior sales experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of wholesale markets, distributor networks, and customer relationship management.

Important: Candidates must be based in Pune and have relevant experience in food or FMCG sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and market dealers.
- Drive sales of company products across wholesale markets in Pune.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve market penetration.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate orders and strengthen customer relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and product demand.
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-ups,



and outstanding recovery.
- Coordinate with distributors and the internal sales team for order fulfilment and product availability.
- Prepare daily sales reports, market visit reports, and sales performance updates.
- Implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and distribution.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
- Mandatory experience in the food industry or FMCG food products.
- Must be a resident of Pune or currently based in Pune.
- Strong knowledge of Pune's wholesale markets and distribution channels.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
- TA/DA: Travel allowance and daily allowance as per company policy.
- Prospect to grow with an established food and FMCG brand.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
