Years of experience- Minimum 5 years of Life Insurance experience.
Minimum 2 years of Agency Channel / Agent Recruitment experience. Recent experience must be in a Life Insurance company and Agency Channel only. Candidates from Broking firms should not be considered. Stable career track record with limited job changes. Solid exposure to agent recruitment, activation, and business delivery. Local candidates only with experience in the same market/location.
