Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and develop relationships with corporate, enterprise, landlord, and investor clients.

Generate current business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and industry events.

Understand client requirements, expansion plans, budgets, locations, and timelines.

Track commercial real estate markets, properties, availability, rentals, and market trends.

Identify and shortlist properties based on client requirements.

Conduct comparative analysis across locations, properties, and commercial terms.

Manage transactions from requirement identification through negotiation and closure.

Coordinate property inspections, proposals, documentation, and stakeholder follow-ups.

Required Experience & Qualifications





2-6 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, advisory, leasing, investment sales, or related real estate roles.

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate leasing in non-residential real estate.

Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, transactions, and commercial terms.

Experience managing transactions through negotiation and closure.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
