About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Manager with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in Baner, Pune. You will drive our people strategy, talent acquisition, performance culture, and employee engagement. In a fast-moving digital marketing agency, your role is to attract top creative and performance-marketing talent, keep burnout low, align team KPIs with business growth, and build a high-energy, collaborative workplace

Key Responsibilities-

- Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for advertising, brand, and digital marketing positions.
- Source and reach out to potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives.
- Create and oversee comprehensive HR strategies, systems, and procedures throughout the organization.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring teams.
- Keep candidates updated throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates in the system.
- Provide support in HR operations as needed.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment (preferred).
- Good communication and people skills.
- Ability to use recruitment tools and platforms to find candidates.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Prior experience in marketing/advertising agency
