- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, vendors, and contractors throughout the duration of a project.
- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences in detail, including any special considerations or concerns.
- Managing materials and labor costs to ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines.
- Attend job site meetings, as well as meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
- Coordinating with with architects to coordinate design details with construction plans.
- Related field (interior fit out works in commercial offices/ residential) only.
Qualification: B.tech civil/ B.Arch
Experience: 5 years+ in corporate interiors only.
Salary: As per Industry Standard
