Job Title: Principal - Architecture

Drive strategic technological leadership by architecting next-generation hybrid cloud ecosystems and shaping enterprise digital transformation.

Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

- Lead the development and operationalization of advanced service offerings, accelerators, and enablers for Private Hybrid cloud ecosystems to drive scalable business growth.
- Architect and maintain capabilities in emerging technology domains such as Container Orchestration Platforms and AI-enabled IT Operations to ensure technological leadership.
- Define, upgrade, and maintain the service catalogue, pricing models, operational constructs, organizational structures, and skilling programs to support business objectives.
- Design and operationalize custom solutions for specific business use cases by responding to strategic RFx requests from existing and prospective enterprise clients.
- Provide expert architectural consultation and assessment services to clients regarding infrastructure build, transformation, and operations within complex hybrid environments.
- Define strategic roadmaps and oversee the execution of large-scale enterprise transformation engagements to ensure optimal delivery and value realization.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership, engineering teams, and external OEM vendors to build critical industry partnerships and drive organizational service maturity.





Qualifications (What You'll Bring):

Must-Have:

- Proven professional background demonstrating advanced expertise in architectural solutioning and defining non-functional requirements (NFRs) for enterprise systems.
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and operating Private and Hybrid cloud ecosystems, Container Orchestration Platforms, and AIOps environments.
- Demonstrated capability in managing major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) alongside enterprise-grade infrastructure build and transformation operations.
- Professional certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or relevant enterprise cloud architectural frameworks.

Preferred:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Deep domain expertise in IT infrastructure consulting, technology transformation, and large-scale enterprise operations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
