Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, experienced Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Handle employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Coordinate payroll processing, salary inputs, and monthly attendance reports.
- Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, professional tax, and other statutory compliance activities.




- Manage employee confirmation, probation, performance reviews, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfil manpower requirements.
- Support disciplinary procedures and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations and generalist HR activities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, Statutory compliance, attendance management, and employee relations.
