Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and material movement in our EMS manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock records and timely material availability for production.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse and stores operations, including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain inventory records of electronic components, PCBs, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, planning, and quality teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper material identification, labelling, storage, and traceability.
- Handle ERP transactions, GRN, material inward/outward,



and stock reconciliation.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable and maintain proper housekeeping.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in warehouse or stores management, preferably in EMS or electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of electronic components, PCB materials, and inventory control.
- Experience with ERP software and MS Excel.
- Solid coordination, team management, and problem-solving skills.
