AM/Manager – Pricing | Freight Forwarding

Location: Jasola , Delhi

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager – Pricing to handle ocean and air freight pricing, tender management, vendor negotiations, and commercial solutions within the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare competitive and profitable quotations for ocean and air freight shipments.
- Manage RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals with timely and accurate submissions.
- Develop end-to-end logistics solutions based on customer and project requirements.
- Negotiate rates with shipping lines, transporters, charter operators, overseas agents, and other service providers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customs, Transport, and overseas partners for smooth shipment execution.
- Support the Sales team in securing new business and project logistics opportunities.
- Monitor project costs, margins, service quality,



and overall profitability.
- Identify cost-optimization opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Ocean and Air Freight Pricing.
- Experience with a Tier I or Tier II freight forwarding company is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight pricing is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in RFQs, tenders, carrier negotiations, rate procurement, and profitability management.
- Robust commercial, analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills.
