Job Summary
We are looking for an Executive – Documentation & Customer Service for our CHA operations in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for handling customs documentation, customer coordination, shipment tracking, and supporting smooth import/export clearance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare import and export documentation.
- Process Shipping Bills and Bills of Entry.
- Coordinate with Customs, Port authorities, Shipping Lines, and customers.
- Track shipment clearance status.
- Ensure timely submission of documents.
- Handle customer queries and provide updates.
- Maintain documentation records.
- Coordinate with transport and warehouse teams.
- Support compliance and audit requirements.
- Prepare operational MIS reports.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CHA documentation.
- Basic understanding of Customs procedures.
- Customer service skills.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
Educational Qualification
- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Logistics/Customs certification preferred.
