Job Role
We are looking for a Field Executive who can visit assigned areas across Bengaluru, identify properties available for rent or sale, collect basic property details, take clear photographs, and share the information with our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Visit assigned areas across Bengaluru to find properties available for rent or sale.
- Meet property owners and collect basic details about their properties.
- Take transparent photographs of the properties and share them with the internal team.
- Collect information such as location, property type, price, rental amount, and owner contact details.
- Coordinate with the team and provide regular updates on the properties identified.
- Maintain good communication with property owners and follow up whenever required.
Eligibility
- Must have completed 10th standard or above.
- Should be comfortable travelling across different areas of Bengaluru.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to work in the field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Must be responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Salary and Benefits
- Fixed salary between ₹20,000 and ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
- Travel allowance provided by the company.
- Additional performance-based incentives over and above the fixed salary.
What We Expect
We are looking for someone who is active, hardworking, and comfortable meeting property owners and exploring different locations across Bengaluru. Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
