About the role

We are looking for a Practice Coordinator to support the Experience practice with resource

management, timesheet collection, CV coordination and daily reporting. This is an operations and

coordination role, not a recruitment role.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain an accurate tracker of all deployed and bench resources.

- Track contract end dates and flag renewals or roll-offs in advance.

- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding formalities with HR, IT and clients.

- Collect, validate and submit resource timesheets to Finance on time.

- Maintain leave and attendance records for deployed resources.

- Coordinate CV updates and format CVs in the standard template.

- Maintain an up-to-date CV repository for all resources.

- Share daily status updates and weekly reports with the practice lead.

- Follow up on action items with resources, clients and internal teams.





Required skills and qualifications

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in coordination, HR operations or resource management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic understanding of resource management and timesheet processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Word / Google Docs.

- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

- Graduate in any discipline.

Positive to have

- Experience in an IT services or staffing organisation.

- Exposure to technology roles, preferably in the Adobe ecosystem.
- Familiarity with HRMS or timesheet tools.
