Sara Infotech is hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. Candidates will be responsible for handling international customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer service in English.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information and call details in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer service targets.

Skills Required

- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.




- Flexibility to work night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any graduate or undergraduate with valuable English communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Must be comfortable working in an international voice process.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week with 2 weekly offs.
