We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our HR team as HR Managers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage recruitment activities, coordinate with candidates, and support daily HR operations. Candidates will get an prospect to learn and develop their skills in human resource management. Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting. - Contact candidates through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp regarding job openings. - Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers. - Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary structures, and company policies to candidates. - Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance and selection status. - Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents. - Coordinate with selected candidates regarding joining dates and onboarding formalities. - Maintain candidate databases, recruitment records, and employee documentation. - Handle basic HR administration and support daily departmental activities. - Assist in employee engagement, attendance management, and internal communication.



- Work closely with senior HR professionals to achieve recruitment targets. - Ensure professional communication and maintain confidentiality of candidate information. Required Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and email handling. - Good interpersonal and organizational skills. - Ability to communicate professionally with candidates. - Time management and problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to learn new HR processes and recruitment techniques. - Positive attitude, confidence, and teamwork skills. Educational Qualification: - Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply, depending on company requirements. - Freshers with an interest in Human Resource Management are welcome. - Prior experience is not mandatory.
