We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing suitable courses and academic programs. Freshers who have good communication skills and a passion for helping students are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding available courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Respond to student inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, and online channels.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to support the admission process.
- Maintain student records and update admission-related information.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
- Achieve assigned admission and enrolment targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate or undergraduate candidate as per company requirements.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and student-friendly approach.
