- Operate CNC press brake machines for sheet metal bending operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Set up the machine by selecting suitable punches, dies, and tooling.
- Set bending parameters, including bend angle, back gauge position, and bending sequence.
- Load and position sheet metal components accurately.
- Perform first-piece inspection and verify dimensions using measuring instruments.
- Ensure correct bend angles, dimensions, and tolerances as per drawings.
- Monitor production quality and minimize rejection and material wastage.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine and bending issues.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Maintain production records and achieve daily production targets.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, 5S practices, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the production, quality, and maintenance teams.
