Winshine Biz Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to support our business growth. The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and skilled in client acquisition and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and other channels.
- Generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Arrange Google Meet sessions whenever required for client discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
Salary Package:
- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentive
- Salary based on experience and performance
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong client handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Meet.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
