- Identify potential clients, construction projects and business opportunities.
- Visit construction sites across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
- Arrange appointments and meet project owners, builders, architects and other decision-makers.
- Present V Built's services and project capabilities to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with clients.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate with prospects and convert opportunities into projects.
- Coordinate with the internal team to progress client requirements and business proposals.
- Achieve business development targets through regular field visits and client engagement.
