Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in the Life Insurance or Wealth Insurance domain. The candidate will be responsible for product planning, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, features, and user stories.
- Define product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with business, technology, and Agile teams.
- Drive product development, implementation, and delivery.
- Monitor product performance and identify process improvements.
- Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant skilled experience.
- Mandatory experience in Life Insurance or Wealth Insurance.
- Strong knowledge of product management, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- B.E./B.Tech. from a reputed university.
- Previous MNC experience preferred.
- Candidates must be based in NCR and available to join immediately or currently serving notice.
