We are looking for a confident, polite, and result-oriented Tele caller to handle admission enquiries, communicate with prospective parents, follow up on leads, and support the school's admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective parents and respond to incoming admission enquiries.
- Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested parents and schedule campus visits and admission counselling sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status in Excel or the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Send relevant information through WhatsApp, email, or SMS as required.
- Handle parents' queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls made, follow-ups, campus visits, and admissions.
- Achieve assigned calling and admission conversion targets.

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum qualification:



Intermediate or any Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or school admissions is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel are desirable.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of calls made per day.
- Number of enquiries contacted and followed up.
- Campus visits and counselling sessions scheduled.
- Enquiry-to-admission conversion rate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
