- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and coach floor staff while managing performance and resolving conflicts.
- Safety Enforcement: Ensure all team members follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols (such as OSHA or GMP guidelines).
- Quality Control: Monitor products during manufacturing to verify they meet quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and use lean manufacturing principles to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
