About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support our day-to-day creative work across multiple projects and brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys design, has a good eye for visuals, and wants to gain experience working on real-world creative projects.

You’ll primarily be creating and adapting social media creatives, digital assets, campaign creatives, presentations and other marketing collateral using primarily Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop), Canva and Figma.

The role is ideal for someone who is comfortable taking a brief, creating a first version independently, receiving feedback, and quickly making revisions.

You’ll work closely with the creative/design lead and will be expected to gradually take ownership of smaller creative tasks and projects.

What You'll Do

- Create junior-level graphic design assets for social media, digital campaigns and marketing.
- Work primarily with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign, depending on the requirement.
- Create and adapt creatives using Canva and Figma when required.
- Resize and adapt existing designs into different formats and dimensions.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure changes are implemented accurately.
- Follow existing brand guidelines, visual systems, typography, colour palettes and layouts.
- Create multiple variations of a creative when required.
- Assist with presentations, pitch decks, social media assets, banners and other digital collateral.
- Work with references and existing creative directions while also bringing recent ideas to the table.




- Maintain organised working files, layers and folders.
- Manage multiple small creative tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Communicate clearly about progress, timelines and any challenges.
- Take ownership of assigned work rather than waiting for every step to be explained.

What We're Looking ForMust Have

- Good understanding of graphic design fundamentals.
- Comfortable using at least one or more tools from Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Basic working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, spacing and visual hierarchy.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines.
- Willingness to receive feedback and make revisions quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
- Ability to commit to 11 AM–8 PM, Monday–Friday.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility toward assigned work.

We'd Love It If You Also Have

- A strong visual/design sense beyond just knowing software.
- Experience creating social media or advertising creatives.
- Interest in branding, advertising, fashion, lifestyle, events or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of basic motion/video editing.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.
- A portfolio, Behance profile, Instagram design page or examples of personal/college projects.

We want someone who is curious, visually aware and willing to think.





You should be able to look at a brief and ask:

"How can I make this better?"

We want you to bring new ideas and creative references while also understanding when to follow an established brand direction.

You should be comfortable with feedback, quick iterations and making changes without taking them personally.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership. If you're given a task, we expect you to see it through, communicate clearly and deliver on time.

Compensation

₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on skill level and experience.

This is a contractual role, with the possibility of continuing the association based on performance and mutual fit.
