Role: Founder’s Office Associate (Outreach & Research)
Type: Paid live project, 2-3 Months, with a possible extension or full-time offer

About the project
This is not a simulation or a training exercise. You’ll work on a live project for a real startup, researching target companies, reaching out to founders, and starting conversations that can turn into partnerships, customers, or hires. You’ll work directly with the founder, with no layers of management in between.
What you’ll do
- Research startups, founders, and decision-makers in [industry/niche] and build a clean, prioritized lead list
- Find contact details and write personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and X
- Run outreach sequences and follow-ups, and track replies in a CRM or sheet
- Talk to founders, book calls, and hold first conversations
- Summarize what you learn (market insights, objections, patterns) and share it with the team
- Test new outreach angles, subject lines, and messaging, and report what works
- Support the founder on ad-hoc projects such as competitor research,
partnership lists, and investor or customer mapping

Who we’re looking for
- Students, recent graduates, or early-career folks who want startup exposure
- Strong written communication. You can write a short message that gets replies.
- Curious, resourceful, and comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
- Organized, with good follow-through
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and basic CRM or Notion tools
- Bonus: experience with sales, growth, marketing, or content, or any past project where you reached out to strangers
What we don’t need
No degree requirement and no prior experience required. We care about initiative, speed, and results.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
