- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems, spreadsheets and databases.
- Prepare and circulate daily operational reports, MIS updates and status trackers for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Process customer applications, forms, and supporting documents, verifying completeness and accuracy of information.
- Organize, maintain and regularly update physical and digital records in a structured and systematic manner.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and back-office support to management and operations teams as required.
- Manage official emails, follow-ups and routine office correspondence in a qualified and timely manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality and adherence to company policies, procedures and compliance guidelines.
