Karnataka Tiffin Room (KTR) is looking for an experienced and skilled Dosa Chef to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook different varieties of dosa as per KTR standards.
- Maintain proper dosa batter consistency and quality.
- Operate and maintain dosa tawa and kitchen equipment.
- Prepare and manage dosa station mise en place.
- Ensure consistency in taste, size, texture and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the dosa station.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth and timely service.
- Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.
- Manage wastage and maintain proper portion control.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Dosa Maker or South Indian Cook preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of dosa preparation and tawa handling.
- Ability to work quickly during busy service hours.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness practices.
- Punctual, disciplined and team-oriented.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
