About the Role

VVS Fresh N Fine is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth in our Wholesale Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and achieving sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new wholesale business opportunities.
- Expand the customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other business partners.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, wholesale, FMCG, retail, or sales management.
- Proven track record in sales growth, customer acquisition, and business expansion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent business planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, business reporting, and ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
