Pinnacle Blooms Network®, operated by Bharath Healthcare Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (BHCL), is a healthcare organization operating a network of centers and the Pinnacle AI GPT-OS® platform. The organization focuses on child-development and therapy services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with Zonal Managers and branch teams from Head Office to monitor performance.
- Assign business targets and track admissions, revenue, and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure target achievement.
- Monitor branch-wise and zone-wise performance and identify gaps.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve business performance.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Management qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of operations or P&L; management experience, including 2+ years managing multiple locations.
Experience in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, education, retail, or hospitality preferred.
Solid leadership, people management, and business operations experience.
