- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
- Monitor freight market trends and recommend suitable logistics solutions.
Contract Management
- Ensure timely renewal of annual air and sea freight contracts.
- Support negotiation and finalization of logistics contracts.
- Monitor vendor performance against contractual commitments.
Vendor Development & Management
- Identify and onboard current Freight Forwarders (FFs) and shipping lines.
- Develop a robust logistics vendor ecosystem to support business growth.
- Ensure vendors comply with organizational policies and code of conduct requirements.
- Conduct periodic vendor evaluations and performance reviews.
Internal Business Support
- Support Independent Companies (ICs) and Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) in project-specific logistics requirements.
- Provide logistics expertise for transportation planning, shipment terms, and freight optimization.
- Assist internal stakeholders in resolving logistics-related challenges.
Project & Digital Transformation Support
- Act as the logistics domain expert for enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Support implementation of logistics modules within ERP and digital platforms.
- Participate in testing, process design, and operational rollouts.
- Drive process standardization and automation initiatives.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with MSME regulations and procurement policies.
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness for logistics transactions.
- Ensure adherence to transportation laws, trade regulations, and company policies.
- Support audit compliance and implementation of corrective actions.
