1. Job Objective

We are looking for a agile, result-oriented and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to drive sales of our Background Verification (BGV) services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, meeting prospective clients and converting them into paying customers across two key segments:

- Residential Segment: Apartment Associations, Residents' Welfare Associations (RWAs) and Gated Communities for background verification of domestic help and support staff.
- Corporate Segment: Companies, SMEs and large organisations across India for employee background verification services.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales, have excellent communication and persuasion skills, and possess the ability to independently generate business and close deals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
