About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Civil Engineer / Site Engineer with good knowledge of construction practices, civil engineering principles, and on-site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and site teams, supporting product trials and applications, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction and site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, builders, project managers, and site teams.
- Support the application, demonstration, and trials of CemecoPlast construction products at project sites.
- Ensure proper application techniques and adherence to recommended procedures.
- Monitor material consumption, site progress, and quality of work.
- Conduct site inspections and assist with technical problem-solving.
- Prepare site visit reports, trial reports, and progress updates.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer support and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and construction practices.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification:



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and civil engineering practices.
- Understanding of plastering, masonry, concrete, and other construction activities will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and travel locally as required.
- Ability to prepare basic technical reports and maintain site documentation.
- Freshers with solid technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply.

- Ability to coordinate with contractors, engineers, and labour teams.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- A proactive, responsible, and result-oriented approach.
