We are looking for an experienced Cosmetics Factory Machine Supervisor to oversee and execute production operations in our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating and managing cosmetic manufacturing machinery, ensuring optimum production efficiency, consistent product quality, and adherence to GMP standards.
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or personal care manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic production equipment and batch manufacturing processes.
- Ability to optimize machine performance, minimize downtime, and achieve production targets.
- Experience in supervising production teams and maintaining manufacturing records.
- Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, quality systems, and factory safety protocols.
- Solid problem-solving and operational management skills.
