Job Summary

We are looking for a Chemist with 2–5 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry to join our manufacturing facility at Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar, Telangana.

The candidate will be responsible for laboratory testing, quality analysis, process monitoring, raw material and finished product testing, and maintaining quality standards in zinc chemical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct chemical analysis and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Perform laboratory tests as per defined SOPs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain quality parameters during the manufacturing process.
- Handle laboratory equipment, instruments, chemicals, and testing procedures safely.
- Maintain proper laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
- Identify deviations in test results and immediately report them to the concerned supervisor/manager.
- Support the Production and Quality teams in process improvement and troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper sampling, testing, and documentation of production batches.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and proper storage of chemicals and samples.
- Follow all EHS, safety, and company procedures.




- Assist in maintaining and implementing laboratory SOPs and quality-control procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing, preferably in zinc chemicals / inorganic chemicals / specialty chemicals.
- Good knowledge of chemical analysis and laboratory testing.
- Knowledge of basic laboratory instruments and analytical techniques.
- Good understanding of chemical handling and industrial safety.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare test reports.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates from chemical manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in zinc chemical manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can work in a manufacturing plant workplace.
- Candidates willing to work at Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar, Telangana.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
