To manage civil project billing activities, prepare accurate bills and measurements, verify contractor bills, and ensure timely submission of client and subcontractor bills as per project specifications and contractual requirements.(5 to 6 Year Experience Required )

2. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare as per Drawing bills, RA bills (Running Account Bills), and final bills as per project progress.
- Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities), quantity calculations, and measurement sheets.
- Conduct site measurements to verify executed civil work quantities.
- Prepare subcontractor and vendor bills and verify them against actual site work.
- Maintain records of measurements, work progress, and billing documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and the accounts department for billing-related activities.
- Verify quantities of materials consumed and work completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare rate analysis for extra items, deviation items, and additional work.
- Check approved drawings, BOQ rates, work orders, and contractual terms before bill submission.




- Track submitted bills, pending approvals, deductions, and payment status.
- Identify discrepancies in measurements, quantities, and bills and resolve them with the concerned departments.
- Prepare reconciliation statements for materials such as cement, steel, sand, and other construction materials, wherever required.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of all billing records.
- Visit project sites regularly for measurement verification and coordination with execution teams.

3. Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of civil construction billing, BOQ, RA bills, and quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of measurement books, rate analysis, and material reconciliation.
- Positive coordination, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
