RESONNOCARE HEALTH-TECH is building a pan-India healthcare ecosystem for integrated ENTrelated diagnostic services along with supply of medical devices across company-owned and partner clinics. We are looking for a hands-on Executive Clinical and Patient Care (Technician) who can manage our health care services (various health-related test) and administrative task at clinics.
Job Description – Technician
Designation Technician
Qualification Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology / Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology / B.Sc. (Nursing / Biochemistry / MLT) Or any paramedical course.
Experience Minimum 06 months to 2 years of relevant experience in the capacity of Technician

Role Overview: The Technician conducts tests for specialised health care, assisting audiologist and ensuring proper patient care. You will be maintaining clinical equipment, medical devices, and coordination with the central clinical team for test reporting. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
What is the role like:
This role will have additional responsibilities as mentioned below:
- Conduct Diagnostic Tests: Perform various health related tests
- Patient Handling: Safely manage patients during and after tests, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Test Preparation and Maintenance: Ensure the clinic and testing equipment are properly set up, maintained, and ready for use.
- Assist Audiologist: Support Audiologist,
during examinations, assist with routine procedures.
- Coordinate with Central Team: Work closely with the central clinical operations team regarding test results and follow-up procedures.
- Patient Scheduling & Conversion: Coordinate with call center team for scheduling patient appointments.
- Administrative and Marketing Support: Assist with administrative tasks and marketing efforts as directed by the central team or business development team.
- Travel to Other Centres: Occasionally travel to other centers as required by the central team to support operations.
- General Support: Assist the central team with any other tasks, as required, to ensure smooth operations and patient care.
Skills do we look for:
- Communication Skills: Decent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, doctors, and team members.
- Technical Skills: Basic Computer knowledge is mandatory for this role.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in operating medical lab equipment, devices and conducting tests related to health care related disorders.
- Patient Care: Demonstrates patience, and professionalism when handling patients.
- Reliability and Responsibility: Punctual, dedicated, honest, and responsible in fulfilling job duties.
- Team Collaboration: Able to work in a team-oriented environment, supporting both the central and local teams.
- Organizational Skills: Well-groomed and well-mannered with solid organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
