Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Recordkeeping:
- Maintain and update financial records in ERPNEXT / Tally.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all transactions, including sales, purchases, payment receipts and expenses.
- Reconciliation:
- Reconcile supplies versus sales for all retail shops regularly.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
- Supplier Payment
- Expenses
- Shop-wise Expense Management:
- Record and categorize expenses incurred by each retail shop.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Profitability Analysis:
- Analyze sales and expense data to calculate the profitability of each retail shop.
- Prepare detailed profitability reports and present them to the management team.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Manage supplier payments and customer collections through ERPNEXT and Tally.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Compliance & Taxation:
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST and TDS filings.




- Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to management for decision-making, focusing on store-wise performance.
- Inventory Management:
- Track inventory movements and costs across retail shops.
- Reconcile inventory data with sales and supplies for accurate reporting.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in preparing budgets and sales forecasts.
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Process Improvement:
- Streamline processes between ERPNEXT and Tally for efficiency.
- Propose and implement improvements in accounting practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
