We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and resilient Graduate / Junior Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. This role is ideal for a recent civil engineering graduate or a professional with 1–2 years of site experience who is eager to kickstart their career in the field. You will work directly under the guidance of Senior Project Managers and Construction Managers, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards on-site. The ideal candidate must be highly adaptable, open to flexible working hours (including night shifts), and fully willing to relocate to different project sites as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Assist in day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work progresses according to engineering drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship on-site; perform routine inspections and report any deviations to senior management.
- Labor & Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and laborers to ensure effective workflow and productivity.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily site logs, progress reports, material reconciliation statements, and labor attendance.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on the construction site.
- Measurement & Billing:



Assist in taking site measurements and preparing initial drafts for running account (RA) bills.
- Problem Solving: Identify on-site technical issues and collaborate with the engineering design team to implement practical solutions quickly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, or commercial construction projects. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, reading structural blueprints/drawings, and familiarity with AutoCAD or MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership potential, problem-solving abilities, and a high degree of stamina for fieldwork.

- Relocation: 100% flexibility to relocate to various project site locations as per business requirements.
- Working Hours: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including night shifts during critical project phases (e.g., concrete pours, heavy lifting, or strict deadline pushes).
- Environment: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand/walk for extended periods on active construction sites.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
