Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Marketing Field Executive to promote our steel door products, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and other potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and potential customers to promote our products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and potential orders.
- Promote steel door solutions for residential, commercial, and corporate projects.
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Submit daily field visit, lead generation, and follow-up reports to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing or sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- A valid driving licence and two-wheeler are preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000, based on experience and suitability.
- Additional target-based incentives.
- Training and guidance will be provided.
