We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Accountant to manage hotel accounts, reconciliations and financial controls. A minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is required.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books, supporting documents and timely monthly closing schedules.

- Reconcile room, food and beverage, event and other operating revenue against billing, receipts and settlements.

- Reconcile bank accounts, cash, customer balances, supplier balances and advances.

- Control purchase and expense documentation and prepare payment schedules for approval.

- Coordinate payroll accounting, tax working papers and statutory submissions with the appointed advisers.

- Produce clear management reports and investigate differences through source records.

- Work with operating teams to strengthen stock, revenue and cash controls.

Candidate profile

- At least 10 years of relevant hotel/hospitality accounting experience.

- Hands-on experience of hotel revenue reconciliation, bank reconciliation, supplier accounts and month-end close.





- Comfortable using accounting software and spreadsheets and reconciling hotel PMS/POS reports.

- Willing to work full-time on-site in Adoni.
