We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, team supervision, inventory, customer experience, and adherence to operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor management.
- Supervise and guide Sleep Experts to ensure smooth store operations and effective customer engagement.
- Support inventory management, including Stock on Hand (SOH) monitoring and replenishment.
- Assist in collecting, tracking, and reporting retail KPI scorecard data.
- Handle first-level customer queries and escalate trial/refund-related cases when required.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth product movement and store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational processes.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store-level operational and customer service objectives.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail store operations or a supervisory support role will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Textile, Home Furnishing, Consumer Durables, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Strong customer-handling and team-management skills.
- Good understanding of inventory, POS, KPIs, and retail processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Local candidates are strongly preferred.
- Outstation candidates will be considered only with a minimum 1-year commitment.

- Retail Management Certification RMI India
- POS & Inventory Handling NSDC Retail Skill Council
