Responsibilities:

- Recent Lead Sales: Pitch, negotiate, and close incoming high-intent leads for performance marketing services (Google, Meta, YouTube, WhatsApp).
- Upselling & Retention: Build strong relationships with converted clients, drive recurring renewals, and upsell higher-tier packages/ad budgets.
- Client & CRM Support: Handle client service queries and CRM issues by coordinating directly with technical and management teams.
- Communication: Confidently manage client expectations with balanced soft/firm communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in B2B sales, closing deals, and account growth (Digital agency/SaaS background preferred).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English).
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Based in or ready to relocate to Jaipur.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
