Back Office Executive

We’re Hiring: Back Office Executive

Location: Tollygunge, Kolkata (On-site)
Salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month
Working Hours: 7 hours per day
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months

SOUL (A Source of Unconditional Love) is looking for a motivated and responsible Back Office Executive to join our team in Tollygunge, Kolkata.

This is an opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, develop professional skills,

We welcome candidates who are organized, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day administrative and back-office tasks.
- Work with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Assist in managing and updating SOUL’s social media pages.
- Support routine office coordination and documentation.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

- Education: Minimum qualification of graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
- English Proficiency: Basic ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good teamwork, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and adapt to new tasks.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Tollygunge, Kolkata.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary of ₹8,000–₹10,000.
- 7-hour working day.
