We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, operational management, and customer service skills, with the ability to drive business growth and maintain high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, Sales, and Maintenance.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Manage hotel revenue, budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise departmental teams.
- Develop strategies to improve occupancy, revenue, and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements





- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management.
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management preferred.

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month
