Job Title: Service Technician
Location: Delhi NCR( Felix)
Position: Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

*Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Apple devices such as iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch, and accessories.
*Perform hardware and software repairs as per company and Apple guidelines.
*Handle device testing, installations, updates, and quality checks.
*Coordinate with the service team for timely closure of repair cases.
*Maintain accurate records of repairs, spare parts, and service reports.
*Ensure proper customer handling and explain repair status professionally.
*Follow ESD and safety procedures while handling devices.
*Maintain turnaround time and service quality standards.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of mobile/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.




Basic understanding of Apple products and operating systems preferred.
Ability to diagnose technical issues independently.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of job cards, warranty checks, and service documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple repair cases.
