Job Summary

Saksham Signs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Head – Furniture Division to oversee end-to-end furniture manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in furniture production, manpower management, production planning, quality control, and timely order execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day furniture manufacturing operations.
- Plan and schedule production activities to ensure timely order completion.
- Handle manpower allocation, workforce productivity, and shop-floor discipline.
- Monitor the complete production process, including cutting, fabrication, assembly, finishing, and installation readiness, as applicable.
- Ensure product quality standards and minimize material wastage and production defects.
- Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, Store, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor raw material availability and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Implement production targets, process improvements, and cost-control measures.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor.




- Maintain production reports, job status updates, and daily output records.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve productivity and delivery targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in furniture manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of furniture production processes, materials, machinery, and finishing techniques.
- Proven experience in production planning, team handling, and quality management.
- Ability to manage multiple production orders and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of production reporting, material planning, and wastage control.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in modular furniture, office furniture, commercial furniture, or customized furniture manufacturing will be preferred.
