Job Description

Young Minds Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (YMTS) is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our team as QA & Application Support Trainees. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing, application support, troubleshooting, and client communication while working with our product team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Provide first-level application support and troubleshoot user issues.
- Track support tickets and coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
- Assist with product implementation, configuration, and deployment.
- Communicate with clients to understand their issues and provide appropriate support.
- Prepare testing reports, technical documentation, and user guides.
- Assist with product demonstrations and user training.





Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
- Understanding of web and mobile applications.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL or database concepts.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Candidates with a background in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related disciplines.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are also welcome.
